Is Scarlight MD™ irritating?

How does Scarlight MD™ work on freckles, age spots, liver spots and under-eye circles?
If your discoloration is due to an injury and once Scarlight MD has lightened it, the discoloration will often not return. Hormonally-induced discoloration such as melanoma or age spots may need repeat treatments. Consult a doctor if discoloration worsens or persists more than 3 months.
