What if I miss a dose?
If a dosage is missed continue the regimen as directed until all tablets have been taken. Do not take more than one dosage at a time or exceed the recommended daily dosage. |

What is the best way to take the Bruiseguard MD tablets?
For best results take the tablets in the following manner:
- The arnica tablets should be placed under the tongue and allowed to dissolve.
- The bromelain complex tablet should be swallowed with water.
