What is Bruiseguard MD™?
Bruiseguard MD is a combination of arnica in its most effective form taken sublingually and a supplemental Bromelain complex tablet, designed to help your body clear bruising as quickly as possible.

When should I begin using Bruiseguard MD?
After an injury that may result in bruising you should start the Bruiseguard MD regimen the next day. After surgery you should follow your doctor’s instructions on using this product.
 
 
What medications should not be used in conjunction with Bruiseguard MD?
If you are taking any blood thinners you should not take Bruiseguard MD without instructions from your doctor. If you are taking the pain reliever Talwin do not use Bruiseguard MD. If you are on other medications, consult with your doctor or health care practitioner before using Bruiseguard MD.
 
 
What if I miss a dose?
If a dosage is missed continue the regimen as directed until all tablets have been taken. Do not take more than one dosage at a time or exceed the recommended daily dosage.
 
 
What is the best way to take the Bruiseguard MD tablets?
For best results take the tablets in the following manner:
  • The arnica tablets should be placed under the tongue and allowed to dissolve.
  • The bromelain complex tablet should be swallowed with water.
  • For best results take all tablets on an empty stomach.
